Click on Run
On #2 select Control myPC from the drop
down menu on the right.
On #3 supply the number to the 1mouseclick Support Analyst
On #4 check the box then click on share my PC
Click the box yes so that the 1mouseclick Support Analyst
can help you.
Once the 1mouseclick Support Analyst disconnects from your machine a web page
will load asking for your feedback. Supply info or just close window with the x
in the upper right corner.
